Common questions
- Pairing: One partner shares their invite code (Pairing screen). The other enters it under
"Connect Your Hearts" to link your accounts.
- "Setting up secure media": Duo end-to-end encrypts photos, so both partners must open the app
once so your devices can exchange keys. The banner clears automatically afterward.
- View-once photos: When sharing a mood photo you can enable "View once" — your partner can open
it a single time.
- Deleting your account: Settings → Delete account. This is permanent and removes shared content
for both partners.
